Headmaster's Message
Entering our fifth decade, The Pine School is the region's premier college preparatory program dedicated to knowing every child well and where students from Early Learning through Upper School have an opportunity to fulfill their potential within a challenging and supportive academic environment. TPS is a school that sets high expectations for all of its students and teachers in both their academic work and personal integrity, building its program around a commitment to each individual student.
The Pine School provides a challenging and distinctive academic program, including integrated arts and athletics for every student, global awareness and multiculturalism, and a scientific focus on the environment. In addition, our students develop problem solving, research, and writing skills strategically addressing the challenges of a rapidly changing 21st century. Most importantly, our children interact with extraordinary teachers as part of their life both in and out of the classroom. Our Pine School family includes:
-
A committed and talented group of educators and staff who wish the best for each child;
-
Bright and joyous young people who clearly love their school and teachers, while working towards their own success; and
-
An enthusiastic parent community ready and willing to support the school unconditionally and with great affection.
Our website will help you to understand why the Pine School is much more than a school; it is a community where students and teachers live and learn together, a community with a special spirit. Whether it is the awe-inspiring natural vistas at Hobe Sound or the joyous and busy academic village of Stuart, our School is an extraordinary place for all who are a part of it. We look forward to meeting your family, sharing our campuses with you, and helping you learn more about The Pine School.
