Applications are processed on a rolling admission basis. Applications are reviewed and acted on in a timely manner.

The parent/guardian must complete and return the Admission Application, enclosing the non-refundable $75.00 application fee. Checks are made payable to The Pine School. Please include a recent picture of the applicant.

Copies of the applicant’s last two report cards, a copy of the most recent national test scores available and a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate should be sent with the admission application to the school’s Admission Office.

Teacher recommendations are required. Please be sure the recommendation names and all present school information are completed on the admission application.

An interview is required of all applicants. Please schedule an appointment with the Admission Office for your family’s interview and campus tour. To get the most realistic impression of the school, we suggest visiting the campus during the school day when classes are in session.

Whenever possible the applicant is encouraged to have a Classroom Visit. Younger students will spend a portion of the morning, while older applicants will stay the day. This opportunity allows applicants to meet classmates and teachers while becoming familiar with our campus.

Early Learning, Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants are evaluated by Early Childhood teachers during scheduled group screening sessions, or individually by the Director of Admission. Students applying for entrance into grades 1 and above will be evaluated by the Director of Admission during the applicant’s campus visit.
