Thank you to Co-chairs Peter Upton, Marianne Ireland and Dana Scholl for a very successful 2009-2010 Campaign.
Thank you for being a part of a triumphant year of philanthropy. Did you know that the word philanthropy really means ‘love of mankind’? You have expressed your love for The Pine School community, its students, faculty, and outreach, as supporter of the school’s Annual Campaign. We are appreciative of the value you place on our School.
In this year of tightening budgets to make every cent count, you generously supported the school and we want to share with you the results of the Annual Giving Campaign. Thank You!
*Total Annual Giving: $451,821.00
Board of Trustees Participation: 100%
Faculty & Staff Participation: 100%
Parent Participation: 79%
Grandparent Participation: 19%
*This includes unrestricted, restricted and in-kind gifts.
Highlights include:
-Annual unrestricted donations were up approximately $33,000.00 over last year.
-Parent Participation is 5.5% higher than last year;
-Grandparent Participation grew to 19% (a 6% increase!).
-Volunteer participation was the largest ever.
We joyfully anticipate the beginning of the 2010-11 school year, full of possibilities for our students and their families.

Annual Giving Goals change yearly, but the purpose remains constant: Provide excellence in the classroom, on the sports field, in the music & fine arts rooms, enhancing our teachers' excellence in and out of the classroom.
